WORDS FROM MRS. KRIS WALKER

This week students in 2nd – 4th grade are taking achievement tests. They are arranging their testing so that they will be finished in time for a demonstration by the Edgerton Explorit Center. Their purpose is to instill and nurture in all people the joy of scientific discovery and exploration through hands-on learning experiences. They are located in Aurora Nebraska but they are going on the road to present STROBES to the Hayes Center Elementary students. They will be coming Thursday, April 24 at 1:00 p.m. I am not sure what the demonstration will entail but they have asked for a completely darkened room for the Sparks and Glow Show. There should be some excited electrons and excited kids.
