Our cooks provide nutritious, tasty meals to our students everyday. Many changes are being made during the
2023-2024 school year due to federal government regulations for healthier meals. Meal Prices are as follows:
Breakfast Lunch
PS- 6 $1.70 $2.85
7-12 $1.70 $3.10
PS-12 Reduced $ .30 $ .40
Adult Visitor* $2.50 $4.00
Child Visitor $1.70 $2.85
Teen Visitor $1.70 $3.10
*Visitors are asked to contact the office by 9:00 if they wish to eat.* Students who attended Hayes Center Public Schools during the 2022-2023 school year and were qualified for
free or reduced meals are temporarily approved for the same benefits for the first 30 operating days of the 2023-2024 school year. The temporary status for these students will end on Thursday, September 28, 2023. The meal status of children
whose parents do not submit a new application before the deadline will change to paid status. Beginning Friday, September 29, 2023 these students will be required to pay full price for meals. We encourage ALL parents to submit an application as soon as possible so children may receive their meal
benefits on the first day of school. If there is a change in income or the number of people residing in a household, you may file an application at any time. Please contact Tiffani Miller at 308-286-5601
