School Library Checkout Notifications
In accordance with Nebraska law, Hayes Center Public Schools offers parents, guardians, and educational decision makers the opportunity to receive notifications when their student checks out materials from the school library.
Parents who choose to participate will receive an email notification that includes:
• The title of the book checked out by the student
• The author of the book checked out by the student
• The date the book is due to be returned to the school library
Participation in this notification service is completely voluntary. Parents who wish to receive these notifications must complete and submit the School Library Checkout Notification Opt-In Form.
The opt-in form is available on the Hayes Center Public Schools website below or may be requested from the school office.
